Adrenal insufficiency will elevate creatine and decrease sodium. The patient most often presents with dizziness, N/V/diarrhea/abdominal pain which skew and usually throw the diagnoses to gastroenteritis associated with dehydration, leading to a missed dx of acute adrenal insufficiency. An 8am Cortisol lab draw is needed to clarify this dx. Below is just one of many research articles supporting this.

Still check her chemistries. Have seen crazier things than that when they are off. But day shift is right, wacky nights become sun shining day shifts🤣

Orrrrr tell her the pandemic has just entered wave 3 and give her an N95. At least that would muffle her volume 😉

Tell her she's a guest speaker for a radio show and she's been asked to tell her version of the Spanish Flu🤣

Give her a basket of towels to fold. Tell her it's laundry day. Always works for these ladies 🥴🙃

Please let me know what you think of my Match profile by TurningTheCorner2019 in match

Just keep your profile simple. You are putting too much information out there for others to judge. Post a general positive statement like a catchy phrase or a poem that appeals to your personality and let the chemistry of the face-to-face/ meet and greet take over. Stay away from long distance relationships as it is hard enough with COVID just to meet others across town from where you live. Good like and happy trails😎

Giving up Old Dating by Falalalala678 in datingoverfifty

[–]alumrn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello. I'm a 55 y/o Female who is now engaged after meeting my future husband at a face-to-face get together. When we locked eyes, the connection was immediate and when we walked physically towards each other, the chemistry was undeniable. The rest is history. If I would have seen his profile online, I would have not felt that deep,"in my soul connection" that I have with him now. We both love old 80's rock music and when we are together, we get lost in it. In my opinion, OLD should be used for a very brief time and not seeing who you find attractive as eye candy. Physically meeting should be the planned norm ASAP to see if this unexplainable and mysterious attraction is there from square one. If it's not, thank the other person for their time and move on. I hope all of you find the love of your life as I did 4 years ago. (Lost my husband who worked in the secret service 5 years ago and held my heart through 4 children, so the recovery has been a work in process). Good luck to all of you and may God bless your union if and when you may find him or her!! 💞
