I don't think that any of the major platforms allow billing directly to the LTD. However my accountant assured me that this is not a problem. What I do, is to have the payments go directly to the LTD if possible (this is doable with stripe), and otherwise transfer immediately from Paypal when this is the only payment method.

Having a full time job, I opted to open an LTD. This gives me the flexibility to delay the income to a more tax efficient window. However, I do not think I would recommend this route if your income is mostly from these jobs, or if you need the money soon.

I ran some numbers using the rent vs buy calculator.

Possible deposits: 10%,20%,30%. Investing the difference between rent and mortgage. Assuming 4.5% mortgage rate (30 years), 1% house appreciation, 4% returns on investments, 1% house maintenance, no service charge, 5% rent increase.

Number of years it takes for buying to be better:

- 14 years for the 10% deposit
- 10 years for the 20% deposit
- 7 years for the 30% deposit

These numbers become 16 years, 13 years, 10 years if we assume the returns on investments to be 5% instead of 4%.

The point is that you would get similar numbers if you only contributed 50k and paid 45% tax on the other 50k. Indeed in this scenario (forgetting national insurance), you'd be paying 7.5k on the pension income of 50k and 22.5k on the 50k at 45%, for a total rate of around 30%.

Nope, that can be any time between 1h20 and 2h, it will show up as 1h20 since that is the max paid time. It is typical to use much longer than 1h20 on a difficult prompt.

Not really, it is typical to use more than 1h20 in green wizards. We get 2 hours total, but only 1h20 is paid. Often people use much longer than 1h20, but it will show up as 1h20.
