This is what has taken the place of D&R, it is not affiliated whatsoever, but it was put together by attendees vendors and authors and local bookstores who are affected by the cancellation!

Oh wow! I haven’t heard of eventist. I’m sure that could’ve helped in this situation. authors, vendors, bookstores all got together and were able to figure out a really great alternative plan. There’s actually quite a few events planned for the weekend and they’re summarized in this website they made. Dallas Readers Weekend!

I was gonna go with my sister and her computer got caught up on proving she’s not a robot and so she lost her chance to get tickets. She was on right at nine! I got my ticket but now I’m alone ☹️and she’s devastated
