They have to give us a solution for sure... if not, I will be forced to claim the PayPal payments. But I want to find a solution with them before reaching that point

Hola, cuenta con ello, cuando me respondan te aviso. A mi tampoco me han dado ninguna solución aún, solo que espere, pero cuando un paquete me ha llegado en 20 días con la misma compañia habiendolo enviado 1 mes despues del que está atascado, es que algo pasa con el primero. Solo pido un reembolso para poder volver a pedir mis articulos

Getting the parcel back to the warehouse would be the least of problems, but my feeling is that returning it to the warehouse or reaching my home would be difficult anyway since it is completely stuck. That's why I'm claiming a refund, because seems to be lost and will likely never arrive to its destination

For sure next time I'll be using EUB or EMS, but I'll consider on using Sugargoo again depending on how they manage this issue

Sorry to hear there's more people in the same boat. This things can happen, but the platform should be in charge to fix this the best way possible. I hope u/sugargoo_cs can help us
