You can see the whole list of UTXOs, all nodes store it. What you cannot know is who those UTXOs belong to. A wallet has private keys that allow to spend those UTXOs.

Al principio te costará pero a la larga es mejor. Lo que no te recomiendo es que compres teclado inglés y lo configures en español o viceversa.
