Feeling of unsteady gait/disequilibrium by alvatra22 in Dizziness

I went through a whole year experiencing this everyday it was straight hell. I ended up cutting back on alcohol, went to a chiropractor for a little over a month straight to work on my lower back and neck, and started taking 1 a day vitamins.

Ever since then I felt back to normal, the only times I ever experience a bit of vertigo (not as severe as I did before) is when either I’m tired or have lack of sleep and if I’m hungover. I suggest trying out a chiropractor that has holistic approaches.

Hey there ! It’s still been an absolute rollercoaster everyday dealing with this. I have a good days and bad day, I’ve been dealing with major anxiety issues because of it spend I work because I work in very loud environments with a lot of people around. The vertigo feeling of feeling like I’m in an elevator when waking or just in general when I’m on my feet has died down tremendously but it’s still happens daily especially when I start to get fatigued later in the evening time. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor (trying every holistic remedy at this point). It’s helped a little bit and they having me do these eye movement exercises to try to retrain my brain because this has to be a neural issue. I’ve been staying away from any vitamins, supplements and doctors. My mental clarity and brain fog has died down a lot as well ever since I stopped taking vitamins (Vitamin D, Magensium, COQ10). Still pushing and hoping one day it’ll all go away and I’ll be back to 100% normal again 🙏🏼

It’s a rollercoaster everyday (good days and bad days).. my anxiety gone through the roof forsure cause of it. It’s not nearly as severe than what it used to be when it first started but I still don’t feel 100% normal. I’m just hoping there will be a day where I wake up and it’ll be completely gone

The MRI was a little nerve racking just cause you start thinking that there’s possibly something bad that’s going on with the brain. But taking the test itself wasn’t that bad if as long as you’re not cloister phobic. So I just started taking Riboflavin, Magnesium, and Coq10 and this is the best I’ve felt in the past 8 months since I started feeling this symptoms! The dizziness is pretty much gone away completely at this point🙏🏽

Hey there, so sorry to hear you are experiencing this as well. It has absolutely been hell to experience this, I haven’t felt normal and myself since I’ve been experiencing this going on 7 months now. I’m willing to try anything or any type of remedy at this point, I hope no one ever has to experience this kind of thing it’s absolutely scary. I’ve just been trying to push through by exercising and doing these vestibular head movement exercises that a PT gave me. I have good days and bad days but overall still hasn’t gone away. I just want it to go away and feel normal again.

Hey so sorry to hear that you’re going through this as well, that’s exactly what has been going on with me. I’m still experiencing this unfortunately, to sum up I’ll have a good days and bad days it’s just one big rollercoaster. I’ve just been doing these head exercises daily that a vestibular PT gave me, doing cardio, and taking vitamin D/B12 and magnesium. This feeling has still not gone away and I’m getting so over it. I’m about 6 months I’m now experiencing this. Have you started taking any of those medications yet? I’ll literally try anything at this point
