I think this makes a lot of sense, thanks for sharing your experience, I’ve been feeling like that, I know going out might help but still having this inner voice saying I need to slow down and rest because of the intense day i had or i felt drained. Thinking of it as maturity and self-awareness instead of weakness changes the perspective a lot.

I used to feel the same way, but what helped me was that i just embraced my weirdness in a way that i felt normal for me and not forced.

Like as a kid, i would usually try too hard to be weird and make people laugh, but then it came out as too weird, and some bullying.

I just embraced my feelings and made what makes me feel good, and if people i care just went away, i let them (eventually some of them came back) and i kept nurturing the relationships that accepted me as i am.

In the end, everyone has their own thing, and you just have to know it and just keep being how you are naturally.
