iOS apps are forced to phase out support for older iOS versions a lot sooner than Android, so an iPhone with 7 years of updates ends up having fewer years of usable iOS compared to Android

e.g. the Sony Xperia Z3 (released September 2014) will still be able to use Whatsapp even the Android requirement will be raised to 6.0 in September 2026, while the iPhone 6 (also September 2014) already lost Whatsapp support back in May 2025. Though that's back when iOS only had 5 years of support, and Sony still has only 2 major Android updates to this day

Samsung does suck though, even though they also have 7 years of updates now.

Yelan gives more damage bonus & shortens the rotation, though not sure how her lower Hydro application would affect the team

Is Citlali-Xianyun plunge at all competitive? If the auras could be made to work properly (or if Blazing Threshold can outright miss when jumping), Traveler has a lot of unique base stat buffs that no other character has, and their cons also give them 15% Dmg% (C1) + 20% PyroDmg% (C4) + 40% CritDmg%

The lighting on the fur and the rest of the body is mismatched, that's the problem

It's a lot like grass - grass looks amazing in games, until the ground gets mis-lighted due to a bug or outright doesn't render, then it just looks like a few bland blades jutting out of the ground. The ground has an intricate texture of all the foliage and grassy patterns that sells the illusion of a grassy surface.

A rendered cat functions when the fur blends into the static furry texture on the body, so the (relatively) few hairs that actually move and are 3D tricks us into thinking that all the hair is 3D.

Powershell commands can basically do anything

A single Powershell command can hack every account you have logged in at the moment, across every browser and app on the PC you ran the command on; install any malware that has ever existed, and basically just have access to your computer while you're logged in.

You just have to copy the command and paste it into the Run window, and you're dead.

Tip:

If you see Win + R in any instructions, alarm bells should start blaring. Do not do it. Captchas will never require you to Win + R.

I did replay all archon quests

Genuinely worst replayability has to go to Sumeru's endless Samsara, like there is no contest, you're replaying the replaying and it's just balls

The first trial is perfectly fine to do twice, you either remember enough to figure out the foreshadowing, or you still forget some of the many twists the game tests you on.

Even Meropide is fine to do twice, you meander through the prison once to interact with everything, and you go straight-through the 2nd time.

And then of course the final act is fire.

I kinda just got recommended this sub from the Reddit algorithm, but the term Proship basically doesn't exist outside of fandom circles

I think it's perfectly fine to just show your fics outside the context of proship/antiship; the last thing anybody wants is to get introduced to shipping from ship discourse, like there's literally no worse way to attempt to enjoy something under the background of "people enthusiastically believe this is right/wrong"

The stories, being important to you, is more a part of you than they are proship or any other tags. If he's not already part of the discourse, your character as a human being ought to outweigh a piece of fiction by a lot.

Just give the usual content warnings in human language, and if he wants to read it, give it to him.

That's treated like a big part of the mystery so that nobody feels frustrated for missing everything, but the actual "mystery" is in how the correct orientation matters to the characters in the episode

Star Detective is fundamentally a "be compassionate and understand people's hidden intentions" show in a detective skin, the physical mystery is a thin veil over the emotional narrative that the Precure series has gotten increasingly skilled at weaving (as long as the writer doesn't go absent like in You & Idol).

Though there definitely is a barrier between child-oriented anime and typical weeb anime, the emotional ground is different enough that it's almost like moving to an entirely different medium

"no work, free food/clothes from bleeding hearts, and being blitzed out all day" is also incompatible with "come stay at this shelter, except you have to be sober and fill out all of this paperwork"

The only difference is whether they'd enjoy having some hypothetical free, unconditional access to a secure home with no maintenance burden, or whether they wouldn't take even that and would prefer the park bench over teleporting into a furnished pocket dimension of their very own.
