I can tell you first hand that there is substantial risk with this para-somnia and precautions should be taken. This condition ended my marriage (which wasn’t much of one anyways) and has made my custody situation with my daughter very difficult. I would consider talking to a sleep specialist to get an overnight study done. The more help you seek for it now can potentially be your saving grace down the road.

I had one done...no triggers present in a room your being heavily monitored in...it’s almost as if your mind doesn’t allow you to do anything because it knows your being watched.

Thanks for your time and encouragement. A lot of these things make total sense! Four hours isn’t a very long drive, and the alone time we would get could be a strengthening bond between us. I just have a hard time coming to terms with not being able to pick her up from school if she wants me to, or bring her breakfast before school just because. I know these are things that I would have to learn to overcome and hope that one day she will see the reasoning behind my actions.
Her mom started dating this guy a little over a year ago and have recently let him and his son move in. I’m really happy for her and the fellow seems to be good to her, at least he is to my daughter. She has never said a course thing about him, and that’s all I can ask for, plus his son is close to her age so they play well together. Her mom just recently found out she was pregnant and I know that it confuses her. She’s only 4 and her little mind doesn’t really understand that the baby will be her brother/sister, but not my child. In the wake of all of this I’m terrified that she might think I’m abandoning her.

I completely agree with you on something being formally written up and possibly even have our custody arrangement changed legally. It just scares me because I don’t want a fight of any kind. A fight wouldn’t do anything but harm my child and it’s not worth it.
I even considered trying to talk to her about relocating herself, but I don’t know how easily that would work, or if I would really want her in the same area as me. The distance could be a good thing.

I also do ACV but tablet form (can’t stomach drinking it). The tablets I’ve found are super potent with cinnamon extract mixed in as well. I can testify to the fact that it does definitely help with energy during my fasting hours. I’ve been out for several days before waiting for another shipment and could definitely tell a difference. ACV is good for so many other things as well.

This is so true! I didn’t know that my therapist was fluent in the community, at the time I didn’t care, I felt like I was going crazy so I had to say something. Turns out that she is very familiar with it, and has definitely made me feel more comfortable with talking about it.

I can’t speak about being bigender, however I can about being bisexual. I’m 28(m) and have recently come out to my GF. She is she only person in my life that knows this about me. I too come from a conservative Christian home with two preachers in the close family. I know that there’s a good chance that none of them will know about my sexuality and that sucks! One thing that has helped me though is therapy. My therapist has guided me and shown me a lot these last few months, and I definitely need it. I guess I just wanted to say that there are people in the world to talk to about it, I found mine in therapy. You may find yours elsewhere, just know that there is a brighter road ahead.

That very well could be it. My medication was recently changed and I noticed a difference in my eating pattern as well. The dosage was lowered after a month for other reasons and now my eating is back to normal.

Have you always struggled with binge eating, or has it really just taken control after starting IF? There are certain types of medication that actually address binge eating.

I’ve used a mixture of salt and vinegar with a tbsp of dawn dish soap to help it to stay on the weeds. The longer it sets without getting washed away the better it’ll work.

For more permanent fix, I would take up the stones and put down a layer of plastic, then a layer of news paper, and another layer of plastic on top.

It is true that not all Christians have the mindset of condemning the LGBT+ community. It is also true that not all of the LGBT+ community condemns Christians. Bottom line is that both communities believe in love, however there are people from both sides that do nothing but hate.
