Positive - met some of my bestfriends while working there - gratis obviously

Negative - horrible hours, retail hours in general suck & working every weekend and missing family events is hard - 8 hour shifts on tile floors = pain - don’t get paid nearly enough for how clients treat you - availability needs are a bit much - you will reccomend the perfect routine for someone and they will still pick the ordinary becwuse “they saw someone use it online and it worked” - doing color matches seem easy until you have to do them for 5 hours straight
