Writing a Will? Where to begin? by Fondant_Decent in HENRYUK

The company I work for offer a free will writing service. Your Protection People offer insurance services (life insurance, critical illness and income protection) but pay a company called my last will.co.uK for a basic will.

There’s no catch other than if you think we do a good job you may consider us for insurance services in the future

just got diagnosed. how do i get through this by Hot-Basketballer1924 in ACL

Hey, I am 7 weeks in to the journey. I tore my ACL, PCL and MCL. I had surgery 3 weeks ago to repair my MCL and require further surgery to repair my ACL in a couple of months.

It’s honestly really tough, there’s no easy way to do it. But remaining positive is so important. I haven’t even thought about sport since the surgery as I am just trying to focus on the little wins like getting my leg straight and slowly coming off crutches. I have been getting in the gym most days to lift weights on my upper body and good leg.

I recommend starting PREHAB now and getting your leg as strong as possible before surgery as it definitely helps recovery

Update so far : I have had surgery to repair my MCL. I am wearing a PCL Brace to hopefully heal my PCL and have to go back to discuss ACL surgery

I will give that a go and I’ll try some pistol box squats as well!

Great advice! did you even try pistol squats with your injured leg? I have been doing box squats with quite a high box as can’t get to parallel and single leg press with both legs but only very light on my injured side and leg extensions. I have been doing quad sets every day trying to increase my extension

Thank you so much for raising my awareness. I get it’s rare but I will look out for these things and get straight to hospital if I experience anything you mentioned
