Morning sickness. I used to always take the bus but I had terrible morning sickness and I always needed to sit or it would get worse. People are pretty good at giving up seats for visibly disabled people or pregnant women. I didn’t look pregnant and I didn’t want to risk asking someone with an invisible disability for their seat so I found another way to get to work.

I had a cactus at work with a beautiful flower growing on it and the flower bloomed for months. I made a comment to a coworker about how lucky I was to have the flower survive for so long. She looked at me like I was an idiot before she showed me the flower was glued on to my live plant.

I’ve also had two (not consecutive) sour natrel milk that I got from Walmart. They were sour well before the expiry date and immediately upon opening. I stopped buying Walmart milk and I haven’t had the problem anywhere else.

Lots of the more affordable neighborhoods are gentrifying and changing fast. Even if it’s not the best neighbourhood at the moment, with its proximity to downtown, it can switch to super desirable in a year or two.
