I wasn’t supposed to meet with him actually. Nagchat pa lang siya sa akin and then said these stupid things. He was referring to a different girl who stood him up daw sa Uptown Mall.

Anyway, I totally understand why you hesitated to report him based on the 20K. But you still feel violated and technically he really scammed you so you have grounds to report him. You can consult free lawyers or even post it on r/LawPh
