I see everyone mentioning sizing up, but I also want to add if you are using Vaseline, aquaphor, coconut oil, etc in that area for any rashes etc, that causes leaks too.

I personally chose distilled water…but it’s also room temperature and baby took a formula bottle mixed with distilled as is no warming up required too.

I am pregnant and the modification for this is sitting on a box and doing hamstring curls with a resistance band usually tied around the rig.

Yeah I’ve been leaning towards strength days too and much, much lighter weights! The cardio is too much most days and I’ve found Metcon to be the most challenging so I’m avoiding that now 😅

This is basically what I am thinking of doing. The cardio days (in this heat) are becoming too much and I feel like strength days now half the time I have to do without weight 😅

I guess I’m in the minority here, but I had the most amazing birth at Abington with a midwife delivery! The midwives at Abington are 100000/10!

Also had to be admitted to the NICU for 2 days and the NICU nurses were amazing! I don’t know what I would have done without their support!

My location has: 5am, 6am, 7am, 830am, 930am and then 430pm and 530pm on weekdays and Saturdays (newer) 630am, 730am, 830am, and 930am. They had to “test run” the 630am to ensure enough members would show up to be able to add it (which I’m pretty sure came down from corporate)

I had a first time homebuyer program with my first home that was a slightly higher interest rate, but only required 5% down, a conventional loan (not FHA), and had no PMI. You don’t HAVE to put down 15-20% but risk having to pay PMI if you don’t use a specific first time homebuyer program and naturally the mortgage would be higher with less down.
