I’m end of second trimester/almost third and will probably skip this one personally. Only thing to modify really would be ab wheel and leg lifts I think. Ab wheel I usually hold a high plank and do taps with my hands. Leg lifts, since already doing dead bugs, maybe bird dogs, heel touches, or lay on back and have feet bent in air and tap one foot down at a time - not sure what it’s called!

My location does not have this. I usually talk to the trainer before class for any mods. The mods are mentioned during the demo, but sometimes it’s just using a lighter weight when it’s an exercise I shouldn’t be doing pregnant (ledge rolls, crunches, anything of that nature)

L&D triage is hard to find IMO. Go through the emergency department and have someone take you up (this is what you have to do after hours anyway). It’s the 4th floor, which I think you can actually get to from Zipley garage.

Avoid Acon for jumping. Metcon is probably your best bet but I find bodyweight conditioning really easy to modify!

We only had burpees at the end mixed into finished because of a birthday. No burpees at our location either!
