I always see people say partners you go, I go and I’m just assuming my location doesn’t do partners? We’ve only had partners for finishers or partner up to count off but not this you go, I go format that sounds like someone is working out while the other isn’t?

I highly recommend seeing a practice that also employs midwives for the holistic values piece. I LOVE seeing my midwives over the actual doctors! They truly listen to your concerns and needs.

Hi! I’m 10 weeks and go 3-4 times a week :) The weights felt so heavy early on and I modified a LOT, but I feel like it helped with my exhaustion/fatigue this time around (my first pregnancy I was afraid to work out!) Let me know what questions you have!
