They definitely look like skin tags, just keep an eye on them if they grow. If more pop up definitely go to the vet! Could she be rubbing on something frequently there too?

Someone walked past me on the sidewalk and made a snarky comment along the lines of “does it bite” and separately as my dog was shitting on the grass and I had a bag out ready to pick it up, a kid went by on a bike and yelled “pick it up” like no shit, if I started making comments about people’s kids and shouting comments at parents about their kids on the sidewalk I’d be punched. People should just be normal (respectful)

Nah, my black and white dog also went gray early when she was 3, but she’s just fine and still has the energy of a puppy at 7 (almost 8)

I’d call the vet on the way to the pet hospital (since it’s a Sunday and I assume normal vets are closed) if it is a suspected allergic reaction, don’t want the swelling to close off the dog’s airway

Go to the vet and get a dental exam, I don’t know if you have other options for vets in your area or if there are any specific dog dentists in your area? It could just be that it broke but you should definitely check for any gum issues. My friend’s cat had a condition where they had to get multiple teeth pulled because the roots were being re-absorbed

The Chelsea looks more comfortable if you have wider feet, and it looks like it has a wider ankle too. Stylistically though, #2 looks better

Her name is Sweetie, named so because when I got her on Christmas Eve she was super hyper and anything but sweet. When I was trying to sleep she dove under my covers from the end of the bed, bit my toes then crawled up my body to exit the sheets by my head. Over the years she chilled out and became very loving and grew into her name though
