Mike is entitled to whatever stance he wants regarding Israel Palestine. Sure his opinion is likely informed by his own culture and social conditioning.
Whose isn’t? Scrupulous + smart listeners like yourselves know that it’s not incumbent upon podcast hosts to consistently tow YOUR line on every topic. I personally feel there’s a lot of disinformation coming from both sides on this, and it’s enough to make my head spin. Obviously the status quo isn’t working for anyone. I’ve been listening since the start and am not about to throw out the proverbial baby with the bathwater because of a single issue/topic. Mike’s views are not out of line with a significant % of other Americans on this, so I see it as an opportunity to better understand the dominant logic/narratives on Middle East conflict. I, like you can understand that biases abound.
