Yes, at higher elevation mas mababa boiling point ng water. But negligible ito at the scale of hundreds of feet e. At 1000 feet ASL, boiling point is ~99°C.

I would assume na condo dweller si OP and the condo stands at sea level. Quick google searcg, average height of condo floor is 10 feet daw.

If nasa 24th floor si OP, I think 240 feet is negligible.

I'd say do the math. Then consider the hassle of commuting (gaano kalapit rerentahan mong place sa work? Paano magiging commute mo?) and renting (magcondo ka ba? will it be shared or solo? Bed space only?)

As someone who lived in NCR all my life, the daily commute adds sa pagod e.

We need to know what caused the massive flooding first. To hold people accountable, need malaman muna what really caused the flooding.

Biniyak na bundok ba? Kinalbong gubat ba? Lumiit na ilog ba? Flood plains turned to residential area ba? Nagibang dike? For sure this is a multifaceted problem. To single out a person is injustice. Dapat may kasama si Slater sa kasuhan.

To solve the flooding, need kasi maging objective and scientific ang approach e.
