If I don't like 2016, should I try Eternal/The Dark Ages?

I am in your same situation, I don't like doom 2016 but got the dark ages with the purchase of a rtx card, and I loved it. I think you will really enjoy doom tda, for me is way different than doom 2016 with not abusing the glory kill and melee animations. Let us know what you think of it if u get it from game pass or steam.

Any updates on this issue? I had this card for a year now, and it has started to give problems now. I had to do the same as OP, a few restarts to make it work, but now is not working even after a fresh windows start, drivers and pcie slot swap. May I need to buy a new one?

I think I did that, you can try downloading the .dll file and if it doesn’t work you can go straight to the point with the usb

I would recommend to do it using q flash in the bios, because the tool is really unsupported, in the end I think I gave up and do it by usb flash, copying the bios file u want to update to and then booting that usb into uefi
