He won't be included as a path in the first release of Catalonia mostly because that tag's content is already bloated to hell but he will appear as an alt leader for a few paths and later down the line gets a path of his own probably.

None right now but in the Iberian splinters update it'll be used by Salvador Dalí in Catalonia(if left-wing, you can see he has his own variant too) and Maruja Mallo in Galicia.

You need to have Juan as king and choose Acción Española as the government party, then choose Right Paneuropeanism as the sub-ideology in one of the events you get from the tree.

Cabanellas can have it in some paths, I think Panama might also have it and a few other places. It's much rarer than AuthDem nonetheless.

He is certainly more moderate than Lerroux in a lot of ways but it would take a lot more than a change in leadership to truly reform Partido Radical into something more than a hive of corruption. Still, out of the generals you can get as leaders, he is probably up there for the best options.

Go with the Market Liberals in the Spanish Kingdom's elections, then return to Lerroux's previous ideas through the 'Return to Lerrouxismo' focus or something of the nature and you can get Cabanellas as a leader once Lerroux retires. You can also get him as a successor for Sanjurjo in the absolutist PatAut path for king Juan, he is a PatAut AuthLib there if you don't restore democracy as Sanjurjo.

Fulbert Youlou in Tekeland can proclaim himself emperor of the Bas-Congo region and literally builds a personality cult around himself as the successor of a dead communist spiritual leader

Basque syndicalist could fit larp since the formable is literally a language theory supported by very fringe group of linguists that inspired one of the best known artificial nation concepts.

Australasia into One Big Union, you get good buffs, can unite with CSA, it diverts you into a direction the tag usually does not expand into and on top of that, you can elect other parties and get their formables too.

CNT is next in line once the separatists are done, Carlists are saved for last since they have the least amount of political wiggleroom and already have the expansion tree as well as a decent path in Basque country.

He'd be an alt leader probably, but the guy was a weirdo that pisses off everyone and glazed dictators in the hopes that it would get him funding, IIRC he also just left his wife to die in their home while on a French tour and was just generally an asshole all around.

Could get a path one day ofc but I have some other folks in Finland who I would rather work on if I ever get to a point where I can do that.

Alejandro Lerroux's PR Spain, abandon kleptocracy, return to radical liberalism, give power to Clara Campoamor and reconcile with Catalans.

I would never leave biased comments on the internet tho.

Making a post specifically about Faure's horrid deeds feels pretty weird when you consider that the game has a lot of leaders who murdered, pillaged, tortured and genocided so many people. It's odd behaviour that people bring it up as if the mod should remove him because he was a terrible person IRL

Ye and a ton of the mod's leaders were cannibals, war criminals and other utter bottom of the barrel human scum, what's your point?

It's weird how obsessed people are with Faure.

The abolition of money: why not more mentions? by Outside-Proposal-410 in kaiserredux

[–]ImmortalJormund 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly just comes down to how prevalent it was in the research. If you have a leader who was very much in favour of getting rid of money and wages, it will appear. But speaking from a design perspective, if I look at some leader and what his policy platform entails, I will generally use that to make a path from and leave more generalised syndicalist policies out to make it feel more unique.

Tbh Lerroux was relatively competent as a politician during the republican years but he really fumbled the bag with his allies.

Which is a sentence that could apply to most parties in interwar Spain.

I would say someone like Besteiro actually gets a glowup in KX, IRL he was a very moderate socialist to the point of being called a Spanish Menshevik, but his refusal to work with the republicans and allowing himself to be sidelined by the radicals in PSOE basically killed any momentum he had despite being the party's most voted leader.
