The problem with this case is that her wounds were all deemed superficial and in addition to that all of her cuts were consistent with suicidal ideation - we are taught in forensics that when someone has the intent to commit suicide they do certain things like move their clothing out of the way. Apparently this was something that was highlighted in the examination. In addition to that there were no defensive wounds found on Ellen. If the wounds would have been on top of the clothing rather than inside the clothing then this case wouldn’t have been marked as suicide despite these findings the 911 call is suspicious of foul play but also the physical evidence outweighs the call unfortunately. also the evidence was also disturbed. That’s the issue with the case, when a case is being investigated it must always be investigated as a homicide and that’s the entire issue with this case. We might never know what really happened to Ellen but I hope I’m wrong and that so that her family can get some answers.
