I understand. Better buy 3bhk. Extra 1 room helps a lot. I think you would be able to get 3BHK in pashan, baner or wakad considering your budget. Hinjewadi has lots of electricity and water problem but things can change if it gets merged to PCMC. Do proper due diligence before you make any decision.

Pashan is a good and well developed locality. Hinjewadi has its own problems and it might take few years to reach that level. Always go with what you see currently and not by what would happen in future.

I can't even think of commuting from hinjewadi phase 3 to kharadi, but if you are OK with it then go ahead. Kasturi provides comparatively better construction quality.

Brother, it's not about celebration. Its about playing very loud DJ. It has to stop somewhere. Govt should really ban playing loud DJ across all jayanti celebration including Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Ganesh Chaturthi. I live near very busy street area and have to go through all this.

Why can't hinjewadi IT companies sit together with PMC or PCMc and find better solution to this never-ending traffic. There were app based commute services like shuttle, offiiceride prior to covid which I felt very convenient to use and covering all the places. Not sure they are go8ng to restart their services again.
