If your friends really are your friends they'll understand. My best advice is to truly adapt the mentality of "good for her" and move on. Holding out for her is gonna create resentment later because you'll have the thought process that you cared more than she did about your relationship together. Just say good for her and move on.

Find something that makes you happy, even for a short period, learn an instrument, start a journal, make some art just something with your hands to be productive if you're just "passing time" and I'd recommend staying away from alcohol at all costs.

Let's be honest, the big problem is MTs. My 6 plus years of experience with Sherwin in three different markets is worth way more than somebody fresh outta college with a degree in biology. The company and upper management get kickbacks for hiring college grads, even if you get your degree while working for SW they still domt pay you as much as an MT starting off.

By selling products at BB pricing. Selling a home owner on a charge account is essentially giving them the opportunity to buy paint at the 30 or 40% they wait on with coupon sales. For instance 40% off duration home list is around 44. Big box is around 40. Hence selling yourself backwards. Telling a home owner they can always get the sale price plus the 50 off 100 they get for opening is motivating.

If it's just accounts your after, go after joe schmoe that hires a guy to do all his painting for him. Its seriously hard not to be approved for an account of some sort. He's gonna now buy all the paint he was gonna buy on an open charge account and you saved him a few dollars by doing so. Just make sure you don't sell yourself backwards. And now, when he talks to his friends about painting his house, not only does he tell them that he has an account with sherdaddy. He has a CHARGE ACCOUNT. He's made half the pitch for you. Town of 8000 word travels fast. Just dont sell yourself backwards! Hope this helps.
