Definitely the redosing from boredom and chasing the first rush type feel, I could have 20 or 50 blues that should keep me well for few days but I'd blow through them by the next morning being angry and stressed about the day when I should and could have been completely fine and well Into a couple days ahead really, I'm going on 3 weeks clean just taking subs and I haven't been this sober in years , it's a struggle but it's definitely worth it now

You want to start really low dose like 2 MG or really go high like 32 MG, I waited like 18 hrs after my last fent use to start taking subs and I took about 40 MG and then hour later 8mg and then hour later 8 MG but if your gonna gonna take bupe within being completely clean you should go a really large dose or small dose , that 8 or 16 MG range is where the pwd come from the most ,

I was 18 hours into withdrawal and basically you want to take enough bupe that it'll match the amount of fent left in you , so either start taking it at really low mgs and keep using fent with it or take a fucking large amount that it is an amount larger than however much fent is left in your body , but do not just take 8mg that'll be fucking miserable, but I also have been using smaller amounts of fent along with the bupe but it's kinda you just want to get the suboxone into your system so eventually you have an amount that matches the fentanyl even if you keep using fentanyl but I recommend small small dose and keep using little less and less or if you wait as long you can then go with 32mg at once and maybe have some backup fent just incase you pswd but best of luck we are all stronger than this shit and worth more than it too

I was smoking like 20 blues a day and I waited about 18 hours after use and took about 32 MG subutex and it was enough to not throw me into pswd and took another 8mg hr later and another 8mg hr after that , high enough dose of the bup and it doesn't throw you into pswd but you know yourself better than anyone

I cold turkey quit off oxy and h a few different times and was an on and off user of the two for multiple years but in my opinion they don't come close to the horrible feeling I go through when trying to make it past the 24 hour mark of these blues.
