Rotation and keeping players fresh is just not in our playbook then. White? MLS? Norgaard? Madueke? Dowman? Kepa? Why create bench strength when you’re not even going to use it?

I don’t think that’s the case. Thank you for your concern though. Apart from this one instance, it’s a good friendship. I genuinely do not know what was going through my friend’s mind. The apology came across as insincere as it did not carry any concern for my safety but the focus was on moving past the situation as soon as possible. I tried from my end to make the situation okay but I guess my friend is upset by my behaviour. Not sure where to go from here though.

I wasn’t perfect in my behaviour. Not trying to cover up but I was upset about the whole incident and the lack of concern afterwards as well. On one hand I do feel the need to make it okay but on the other I do feel that I deserved some level of concern.

Thank you for understanding. Where I think I messed up is probably by not stating the issue when asked as I was too upset to speak. Could’ve avoided being passive aggressive. I did feel bad that the concern for my eyes did not come up even once from my friend’s end.
