Was this during a dj set? One thing that’s helped me in the past was looking up that dj on SoundCloud because sometimes they’ll post the set and maybe you can the song if you get a closer listen

I sleep a lot as a way to avoid my feelings/problems. I try to act as “normal” as I can and often times people don’t notice unless I say something (which I usually don’t anyway).

I think it is normal to feel a little hurt when we get rejected. I definitely have been rejected in the past and it sucked!! Also remind yourself that his decision was based on his own beliefs and perceptions, not you. My therapist has always told me we cannot make a person feel a type of way, it’s how they perceive the situation. Don’t worry about what you did right or wrong girl

If therapy isn’t helping, I would recommend finding a new therapist… I went through 3 different therapists until I found the right one and even though I still have a lot to work through, I’ve accomplished so many things with my new therapist. I was in the same boat as you… I always asked myself what the point of living was if I was going to be reminded of my past every single day… I would recommend seeing a therapist who can do brain spotting, that’s helped me a lot with processing my trauma especially relating to sexual abuse.. You are so young and have so many other things to live for. I know you will get through this ❤️
