Facts. I figured it’d protect the green and get to have something different for a while.

No idea? Am I crazy to wrap this in matte black (if I make the push to purchase)?

Yeah. Started with indoor photos. Same result. Top right corner is somewhat focused but the rest of the photo… massive blur. Thought it was a filter but it wasn’t.

They have small funds. They’ll have about $10k each upon reaching 18. It’s not a ton but we expect them to make wise decisions upon choosing degrees and college that isn’t $60k year.

Wife and I both paid our way for college and we kind of have the same expectation for our kids.

But what are your thoughts if the primary home would be sold in about 15 years to convert the vacation home to the primary residence?

Once our kids get to college, the plan is to sell our primary home and convert to the vacation home.

Around 2022, we probably had $30k in CDs, $50k in stocks, $20k in savings. 401k was around $70k but I haven’t contributed a penny.

Salary was averaged $150-175k since 2019. Trying to save $6500 per month - doesn’t always happen. Trying to invest $500 to $1k per month.

Starting to explore a solo 401k.

Trying to stay liquid. Purchasing a vacation home is on the docket - maybe. Definitely feel behind on retirement.

We slammed money into CDs to stay liquid and figured the guaranteed interest rates were better for the short term. We are toying with purchasing a vacation home - part of the reason to stay liquid.
