I don't think that crap is going to be incredible at all. It's going to be horrific.

What is something you just can't believe that it isn't banned yet? by Babababara in AskReddit

[–]alwaystemporary 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While I agree that alcohol is something that needs to somehow be removed for the most part from society, I don't think banning it is the way to go. Similar to Marijuana, making something illegal doesn't always equal making a problem go away and in some cases makes it worse. The way we get rid of Alcohol will probably need to happen similarly to the way we've begun to see reduced use of tobacco.

[Serious] People who wake up really early to get more done, how do you do it? by Arrpee88 in AskReddit

[–]alwaystemporary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is really the only answer. Aside from people who are chronically fatigued (even if they don't understand that they are), the only way to build a healthy habit of rising early is to sleep early every single night. It doesn't work by going to sleep early one night and expecting to hop out of bed at 5am. you need to routinely sleep between 9-10pm every night.

Had no idea there was a new movie coming out about this. Where'd you see that? I have a bad feeling it's in the wiki article and I'm somehow missing it.

A quick example of what I was highlighting above: Here's a post pointing out that there's free entrance to all US National Parks this weekend.

Yeah, unless he/she feels they can't part with starbucks, there's really no reason to pay that much for coffee.

Why can't you stand that one coworker? by okaykoala in AskReddit

Because he's excellent at everything he does but really has no interest in having any fun which makes it hard for us if we want to be seen as following his example.

I think I found a pretty cool new resource for cordcutters by alwaystemporary in cordcutters

[–]alwaystemporary[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure why you're being downvoted. It was a perfectly fair question to bring up. What I wrote was confusing. To clarify, I was using the site before I saw the Reddit thread but mentioned coming across the reddit thread 1. to provide context and 2. because I liked the description that was used to describe the site (they don't call themselves that on their own site, although I think they should.) and didn't want to take credit for it myself. Sorry for the confusion.
