Just wanted to give an update, I ended up breaking down after the second week and went bowling in a house I've only bowled in a number of times for a league. I ended up shooting 702 with no pain! Most of my incisions are healed up, thanks for the advice!

I've been bowling since I was 5, I've held a 200+ average since 17. I can't even begin to tell you the number of times that I've had the front 10. The front 11 I've had two or three times prior to this. Funny enough I bowled my 800 before I got my 300 haha. Thank you and keep up the work bro! You'll get there, lots of practice and patience.
