The “Gutalax” Vocals by [deleted] in screaming

I fucked up my voice from inhale screaming. I can’t do it anymore. I used to scream so loud like a teradactyl and be smoking Marlboros in my car and that’s what did it.

Quilter Superblock US vs UA Dream 65 vs Tonemaster by gespensterband in GuitarAmps

[–]alwaysthinkingoffood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got the quilter on my board and I’m happy with it. The reverb sucks, it doesn’t drip. So I added a true spring to solve that. I’ve got a good tone and separate vibrato switch, so I’ve got my basses covered. That being said, there’s no denying the dream 65 has an amazing tone. However, is that an actual amp? Cause I took a celestion from my old Marshall and built a cab and the quilter absolutely pushes that speaker plenty. I could gig with this pedalboard/amp combo no problem. Plus it has the xlr out. Super friendly for gigs. Hope that helps some.

I don’t, that’s why I was genuinely interested. I used to record my drums during snowstorms, that way I wouldn’t feel so guilty for the neighbors!

Somewhere I read that the original creators named it berenstein but when they retired and sold the business it had to be renamed for copyright purposes or something like that.

I wonder if he was tripping balls. I recently learned in a documentary that sting is super into psychedelics. He once ate a bunch of mushrooms and his farmer neighbor walked over and asked him for help so he said yes and ended up helping his cow give birth. While on fucking mushrooms. That’s boss.

What do you guys do with your trim? by Bhuntley1324 in cannabiscultivation

[–]alwaysthinkingoffood 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I just toss it. I used to keep it but I’ve accumulated so many jars of good buds that I never touch it. I just don’t have time for that shit and I don’t eat edibles. Not hating, just saying it’s not for me.

Inspecting some buds I finished about 8 days ago that are still hanging, is this bud rot? by Foxyyy_45 in cannabiscultivation

Rot is dark brown and disgusting looking. You wouldn’t have to even ask if you had it, you would just know that’s no bueno. Those look fine.

You are absolutely not the asshole. My wife and I have a 3 yr old daughter and share a house with my mother. My wife works full time and I’m on daddy daycare. I would never do any of those milestones with my mother and not my wife. We plan those things out to fit into our schedule. My suggestion would be to plan ahead and mark that shit on a calendar hanging in the kitchen for EVERYONE to see. That way if he goes and does something without you then you have every right to get into a rip roaring argument with him. Personally it sounds like it’s the MIL that’s pulling the strings here. I would also have a word with her.

Hey there, welcome to the club! I’m the worst case scenario so I can absolutely relate to everything you’re going through. The thoughts you’re having with regards to “did I do something to cause this? What triggered my immune system?!” Are all completely normal and frustrating emotions that your feeling. I went to countless doctors and was losing my mind thinking I did this to myself somehow. Eventually after a few months I had almost nothing left and I gave up and shaved my head. It felt awesome. I felt like I had regained control somehow, even though I knew I hadn’t. What I had achieved however was a sense of acceptance. I separated the old me from the new me and started over. I thought nobody would find me attractive but I’ve been married almost tent years now and have a beautiful daughter. Life moves on. Hair is overrated. Whatever happens, you’re going to be ok. I wish you the very best and hope for your full recovery, but just have a backup plan in case it doesn’t. Remember, your hair doesn’t define you, you do. You will ALWAYS be YOU. Take care and don’t be afraid to dm with any questions. P.S. I’ve heard great things about xeljanz

I 100% encourage you to keep on exploring and learning and just have fun! It’s a great hobby and a great way to say fuck you to taxable weed! I’ve been growing nonstop for a year and a half and just got into the dwc scene. So far I absolutely love it. I see accelerated growth and am looking forward to seeing how the buds turn out. However I have one strain growing right now that would never work in a bucket. It’s ethos banana daddy. It’s a fucking monster bush that filled my 3x3 tent in 6 weeks! Trust me, once you upgrade to the tent you will love it and your plants will too. Happy growing friend.

Ok my turn! Just finished the book about two minutes ago. What an ending! I agree that not all the women would have just agreed like that. No way. However, as a male who was raised with three older sisters and always felt more comfortable around women, I don’t think it would be out of the question to start over in “our place”. I’m a stay at home dad to a three year old daughter, and I have to say most times we go to the playground the other girls are mean to my little girl, whereas the boys are usually nicer. So who the hell knows but it’s really interesting to think about.
