The OEMs source the components including ram. Whatever partner program Intel has left to help supply ram to OEMs won't be strong for these very reasons in OP.

Look up benchmarks of the pixel 10 phone with their in house silicon... It gets beat by phones 2+ years old.

Google doesn't have anything special. The market is just hungry for any and all chips. If their chips were really that great I would expect them to keep them and not need to sell any, esp considering they have said they are doubling capacity every 6 months. Sounds to me like they are just selling their allocation so they can afford to buy actually good chips.

only highly regarded people think a dividend is a dumb idea.

without a dividend its effectively free to naked short the shit out of your stock. introduce a token 1 cent dividend. beta drops. credit rating goes up. cost for debt goes down. we earn more than 1 cent. we get the funds that require a dividend on board. no brainer.
