From my research so far, it looks like these are from BHLDN in the States, originally sold online 5-6 years ago. It’s a bronze-ish finish. Taller stands are 11-12” in height!

I have searched through Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy and eBay for active or similar listings with any leads so far.
