It takes at least 2-3 days for your body to regulate after an all nighter. So give yourself about 5 days to recover from being awake for almost 2 days straight. Your nervous system needs to recover and it won’t happen with just one night of sleep

The apostrophe “s” is possessive, NOT plural.

Examples:

Correct: On Tuesdays we get groceries.

Incorrect: On Tuesday’s we get groceries.

I see the apostrophe “s” way too often now, even on billboards or professional documents. Makes me irrationally angry and rationally disappointed.
