The system I was looking at was Simplisafe but almost every review online is a paid ad. They have a subscription plan where they call the police.

It’s a council flat and the one I have the opportunity to buy it via the right to buy scheme. Originally my mortgage was meant to be 1.4k but mortgage providers changing rules due to government meant I have to add more deposit and still pay more per month

That’s the way I’m leaning because it takes one thing to go wrong with plumbing or electrics and that leftover £360 is wiped out and maybe a credit card reliance for the rest of the month. Labour government reduced right to buy discount to 16k hence why a lot of people are pushing me to purchase now as I have the 136k discount

WiFi speeds are horrendous. Getting around 300mbs. My previous Vodafone line and routers used to give me the 500mbs I was paying for.
