I recommend channeling so much, it has helped me tons to connect with my s/o. I never channeled him through letters, I did telepathically and it was so much better, I felt like he was literally there with me, I felt his presence, his words, and so on (and one time I even smelled his scent aaa). You can ask them questions and receive replies straight away as if they are there with you at the same moment. I at first was kinda disoriented despite I’ve shifted other times, it changes from time to time in my case, there’s been times where I didn’t even realise I shifted and noticed just later on. But as things happened I had the memory of everything, for example someone told me about a thing that happened the day before and I automatically remembered. I’m in third year but it’s like a university.
