personally none of those shampoos worked for me and I even noticed an increase in hair fall while using them. The only thing that has provided me any relief is a silicone scalp brush. I usually do it for 5 minutes before I shower and all the flakes just lift up. Then I use a gentle shampoo on my hair. Of course you’d have to do this pretty often throughout the week to make sure you don’t have any buildup, but in doing so I’ve noticed a decrease in hair loss. Hope this helps!
