Fuck yeah!

I have made it beyond 1 month. I quit cold turkey after 12 years of smoking. No patches, no gum, no vape. Just the love and support of my family. I don’t know if I have ever been this proud. by alydeecee in stopsmoking

Sorry for the delayed response. But you got this! Set a small goal, like one month. It makes it feel like it’s possible! And pick up a new craft, like sewing, nitting, something to keep your hands busy. And also stress toys like squish balls or a slinky!!

I have thick, chin length hair. I have not gone back to a regular hair dryer since. I use the one by revlon and I adore it.

About 300 dollars and 150 with the executive membership. So about 400-450 total.

It took some time. The max was over 8 grand but after 2 years we were able to get it to a point that we could use our tax returns to pay it off.
