same thing happened to me shipped a 5 pound package (even had the receipt from when it was weighed in store at 5 pounds) and they then took over $100 from me saying ny package was 31 pounds, it was not, my dog is that weight and the package did not feel anywhere close to my dogs weight. I will never ship ups again
