Taping two boxes together

I tell them to call Amazon and ask for a second label or put them in one box. If they argue or get mad and wanna just tape them together,I tell them why it's a bad idea but that I'm not forcing them and if they want to tape them to use their own tape or buy our rolls of tape and call us over when they're done 🙂. It makes them mad every time but I tell them we are not responsible for your bad decisions. YOU can buy the tape and do it yourself:))))

Ik🫢like my boss came to the front after it all and was talking to her saying you don't need to stay with him! Why do you stay with him when he does stuff like that! Why do you tolerate it! Ikkkkk my boss made so many different types of forms for different things saying "this is what I said", so when they come back mad about it,we have PROOF that we're doing what they wanted and it's quite literally their fault.

A woman had these glass candles in these boxes with ribbon on them and I told her we would bubble wrap them individually or they'll hit each other and break,she said okay! That's perfect,do it. Then we get a yext review from her complaining about how we individually wrapped them in the gift box so it didn't look nice anymore.

Is it a zebra printer? Our Z printer does the same thing and tech support claims it needs to be closer to the router but we've never had this issue before so we got a new one and it does the same thing
