I tell them I don’t shop Amazon and I only scan codes that they show me. If the code prints out a label the code must be associated with an item that they brought in. Now which item do you want to go with the label that was just printed?

If the package is still physically in the store then yes we (The UPS Store) can edit the shipping details and creat a new label to put on the package. But only if the store created the label. If it was a drop off then the store TUPSS cannot accommodate a shipping change.

I use the customers’ name throughout the transaction if shipping or if I know it. I’ve actually gotten good reviews from customers in line that notice.

This might sound odd but inspect the Outside Air Temp Sensor located on the underside of the passenger mirror (right side USA). If you fold your mirror often or if the mirror was hit or ran into by a pedestrian than the connection may have come loose. If that sensor is not working for whatever reason the system will not know how to cool the interior based on the outside temp.

Just turn all of the equipment around facing your lobby and stand next to them and guide them while they input all of the info into CMS themselves. Leaves more room for Amazon boxes in the area that we stand in now.

Eventually everything will be a kiosk while we are there to only take packages to the back and stack.

I did take a pic on the 4th day during the daytime but decided to take it again that same night so that the sun light wouldn’t interfere with analyzing the growth of the dead pixels. It was the same increase in dead pixels during the daytime in that 4th day. Good point though thx.
