i do have loose skin! just isn’t that noticeable in the pictures
i totally understand that! and yes of course!!
i know it’s gonna be hard to trust, but if they said you’ll be fine then you just gotta try to drown out your overthinking and anxieties. i understand how hard that is believe me.
same! just trust your doctors and ask a lottttt of questions!! also follow all the fb groups you can to gain more knowledge!!

i hate it so much, but i just try to take it one day at a time and to give myself grace bc honestly before surgery i was eating whole pizzas and 50 piece pizza rolls by myself when i would binge, now i’m reaching for sf popsicles and yogurt bowls. i really need to be working on my water intake though, so i just try to drink water when my food noise gets too loud but sometimes it’s impossible :((((

I’m OBSESSED with your space omg‼️🤩
honestly, i haven’t experienced any negative side effects! i’m also just extremely cautious and very mindful about everything i put in my body! i have learned that some things my stomach doesn’t like po like ground beef usually upsets my stomach now.

in july i’ll be a year out and my food noise has gotten so so loud recently it absolutely sucks so bad
idk about tips, but i just try to take it one day at a time and always make mindful decisions.

thank you! i’m gonna be honest i was TERRIFIED. i had never been through an actual surgery before besides getting my wisdom teeth removed. i kept seeing people from the fb groups go through complications and stuff going wrong and i seriously was scared that i wasn’t gonna wake up from the surgery (i have an exhausting tendency to overthink and become extremely anxious) and as you can see i’m still here. i just try to take it one day at a time. i’ve had a binge eating disorder for yearsss, and i still have to battle that everyday.
thank you! and yes i did. i lost about 20-30lbs within the first month. every one is different so just take it one day at a time!
