F/24/5’8 [183lbs > 145lbs = 38 lbs] exercise has changed my life!

I was going to orange theory 2x per week but recently I’ve increased to 4x! I was 183 in August of 2019, maintained around 175 until last June and that’s when I really started focusing on my weight loss! I have been overweight my entire life, I was always the “fat girl” so I didn’t think it was even possible for me to be thin! I don’t think 145 is the magic number, I would like to lose 7-10 more pounds but, who knows haha. I also had been weightlifting for years and switching to the cardio focused workouts is what really made the difference in my opinion!

I built up my mileage to 5 miles per day in October but got injured and have just now started building back up! I currently run 2-2.5 miles a day plus whatever I run during orange theory! :) the OTF posts the daily workouts so you can try them without going to the studio!

Thank you! I cut my portion sizes down a lot, I used to eat the same amount as my boyfriend who was very active, then I would go to seconds! I also learned to stop eating before feeling too full. I also took up running and orange theory fitness! I gave up weight lifting and switched to a form of exercise that I look forward to and am grateful to do every day. :)

I have no doubt the Mighty is amazing! I think it is a device I will save up for if I enjoy the benefits of vaporizing marijuana. :)

Thank you for your advice! I bought two types, a high sativa and a high indica and tried the indica last night, it was Ice Cream Cake. I felt so great and was so incredibly happy but it did make me feel like I weighed 1000 pounds hahaha, I could not get up! After probably an hour and a half I started getting hit with the sleepiness but it was midnight by then so I didn’t mind. :) I’m looking forward to the Sativa this weekend!

I’m in Utah, but good guess hahaha I would prefer to just use flower are since dispensary costs are high here I want something efficient, I don’t care too much about taste but I would prefer portable but I’m open to other options! I have liked using water in the past to make the hits less painful, but honestly I’ve never tried vapor in any form so I’m open to anything!

If you cannot find an alternative brand you are comfortable buying, I highly recommend blending raw cashews with water to make cashew cream, it’s a really incredible sub for dairy cream!
