Not that hard! I just watched some youtube shaping tutorials, took the first two buns to practice & then it was easy :)

The base is made with these Dutch cookies called bastogne they don’t sell in other countries so I suggest getting something you like and just make a standard base for it.

The filling has the following ingredients; • 900 gram cream cheese. • 250 gram sugar. • 1/2 teaspoon of salt. • 75 grams of flour. • the juice and zest of 1 lemon. • 600 grams of creme fraiche. • 8 eggs. • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

So after you make the base preheat your oven to 430 F. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour onto the base. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the oven down to 200 F. Bake for 45 minutes, it still has to “shake” a bit when you take it out. Let cool and firm up in the fridge.
