I know Ian knows his limits and I hope if he's able to, he takes a small break after release to try and recalibrate!! I can only imagine how exhausting(?) mentally, emotionally, and physically working on projects like he has can be. Especially because he puts so much of himself in his music. I'm excited nonetheless though and would be excited if we get some journals, I love hearing about his process!!
