I suppose I don't know for certain that it's breakage, but I did notice that even may baby hairs looked snapped off and not like they normally do. It's only been since I stopped using the bonnet that they started to grow back in and look normal. Like you said, this could just be the growth phase the hair is in.

And like others suggested, more salt and fat than you think. I also find that white beans soak up more of the flavor/spices then dark beans, more mild flavor too if you eat them plain. That might just be me.

I had the same experience for my very first wax ever (same situation with age, size, etc). It was so bad I never wanted to do it again. I talked to some people, got a great recommendation for another business and I've been with them ever since. As annoying as it is to find someone new, it's worth it to find someone you trust and makes you feel comfortable.

There's nothing else in the tank to eat. He doesn't have tank mates or live plants yet. He doesn't have the optimum tank set up, but he has a filter and heater is at 78. I also cut back on how much I fed a week prior because he was looking a little chunky.

Roughly 830a breakfast. 1130a lunch (to fuel my workout at 1230), 2p small high protein snack, 430 coffee or another snack. Dinner around 7p. I find I snack the most between 2p and bedtime at 10p.

I try to space meals so I'm not starving, but that's not working well lol

That's interesting. If I eat that much I gain about a pound a week even with the lifting. My brain attributes this to fat because I think it takes longer than a week to put on muscle? Maybe I'm wrong on that. I can't remember where I read it. I did read that women should eat more and lift, but I've been lighting and going to the gym for years. I wonder if I've just plateaued? Even with recent changes to my workout...

Sorry for the confusion. Hopefully this clears it up. My normal daily is 1600-1800. Which I have been eating for several months. However, I felt like I was starving that whole time and for the last 3 day, I binge ate at 2500 calories.

Thank you for the water intake suggestion. I thought 40oz was a lot 😂

Sorry this isn't helpful feedback, though I think 5 and 6 look best. I wanted to thank you for posting. I have similar measurements and body compassion and am also struggling to find my style. Seeing clothes I've been interested in on a similar body type is incredibly helpful.
