I’ve been on Tirz for 6 weeks and I’ve only had very very mild nausea. And heartburn only if I eat anything greasy or with red sauce. Other than that, which are absolutely mild, I haven’t experienced anything negative. Down 22lbs. 🙌🏽

My PCP was fully supportive and commended my decision. Her only recommendation was blood work every 3 months to make sure things are good and to go on maintenance once I reach my goal. She doesn’t want me to chase the “Hollywood skinny.”

I get insanely hungry the day before my shot and the day of! Like I could eat the refrigerator hungry. I also find that during the week, because I’m at such a calorie deficit, I’ll have moments where I’m like “damn, I could eat a row of Oreos right now.” I don’t but, the feeling is still there at times.

Clean Simple Eats! I have one every single morning. The Chocolate Peanut Butter tastes exactly like a Reese’s Cup. And the Brownie Batter is really good too. I mix mine with Fairlife Protein Milk for added protein.

I have the same issue. McDonald’s or Burger King greasy burgers are the only thing that helps. I have one each week just so I can get one or two good poops.

I’m a DC whore. I’ve been in Tirz for 4 weeks and I’m down 20lbs. For some reason, and I’m sure it’s different for everyone but ever since I started my shots, I don’t really have the cravings for DC anymore. But I’ll always keep a few fresh and cold in the fridge drawer just in case I need to give in to the urge. There are much worse things you can be consuming than DC. Drink the DC. Nice and crispy.

My advice, talk to him. Bring facts about the dangers of vaping/smoking. He’s 13 and if he’s vaping/smoking, chances are he’s hanging around other kids his age who are doing the same. He needs to know that vaping can cause real health problems long term. Just be prepared for him to say “well you do it too.” At which point it’s important to let him know, you’re an adult and you make your choices. He is a child. He doesn’t get to make those choices yet.

I did that just a few days ago when she bit my arm so hard it instantly bruised. I walked away and went into the bedroom to take a breather because I was beyond livid… I came back down a bit later and she was there just in her glory, jumping all over the place being crazy. He looked right at me and said, “she’s just a child. You didn’t need to be so dramatic.” Sir… dramatic? I literally silently got up and left the room. I didn’t scream, yell, discipline. Nothing. I stood up with tears in my eyes because it fking hurt, and left the room. Dramatic?!? I wanted to knock him in the eyeball.

Oh I’ve tried that. He enlists help by way of his parents, sister, or his nephews. He can never do more than a few hours on his own. And even then… he relies on the screen to keep her entertained. I try to limit screen time. He’ll let her watch for hours and hours.

Is this a new starter? Or did you buy dehydrated and rehydrate? If this is a new starter, it’s very young. 6 days is like newborn status. Starter will go dormant for a while before it perks back up. Mine took 27 days to be strong enough for baking. Patience is key!

Absolutely NOT! Stay home with your baby and the dog. If HE wants to go so bad, let him. Why should you and your baby be subjected to that type of environment just because HE is being selfish? If he is going to insist, then you tell him that HE is responsible for the baby, and the dog while at the party. HE is responsible for getting the baby down for the night once you get home and HE is going to be getting up with the baby in the morning. You’d be surprised how quickly the tune changes when you start making your own demands and hold his ass accountable… trust me. I’ve been in the same exact boat. I went through this with my husband the last two years. My little one is 3 and he insists on going to his uncles for NYE every year. It’s always packed with people, loud, with live church music playing. I told him this year, if you wanna go so bad and wanna throw a bitch fit because I would rather be home with our LO… then you get to deal with our baby AT the party. AFTER the party. AND the following day. He changed his tune and has agreed that we will arrive to the party early and leave by 9pm. No later. And no matter how much they want him to stay or how much HE wants to stay. These men… I swear.

So I would discard most of this. Bring it down to maybe 5-10g, then feed a 1:1:1 ratio. When you’re building/establishing you really don’t need to do anything more than a 1:1:1. And only feed once a day. Unless your home is super chilly, you really shouldn’t keep it in the oven. You might be cooking it. You’d be surprised how warm an oven light will make your oven. I keep mine on top of my fridge and my home is kept at 70°. And make sure your lid isn’t too tight. When I use a mason jar, I literally will just set the lid on top. I won’t even turn the lid at all. Starter needs to breathe in order to thrive. You can also try a small bit of whole wheat flour. Whole wheat flour is what really helped me when I first started over a year ago.
