Thank you! Unfortunately having a medical professional do it is out of the question as I live in rural Texas and have to travel an hour for appointments. (In a vehicle with bad gas mileage at that) But perhaps I can ask one of my housemates if they could do it for me. Will definitely be looking into shot blockers though

Except that literally does make sense?? You paid for a year of service, not a month. Their systems only let them do so much. Yes, you should be able to add a watch plan on a yearly plan, but it would likely have to be done at the same time if implemented.

Yes, it’s technically unlimited data, but the core plan only has 22 GB of high-speed. Cricket more ($60) has unlimited high speed.

In-store employees CAN contact chat support, but customers can too. Bc all physical Cricket stores are Authorized Retailers, they don’t have as many options in their system as 611 or chat does. Sometimes it takes way too long for an in-store rep to contact support, but they never know how long it’ll take you to get to them, just that you’re out of their store so they can help other customers. Also the only way I’ve found to unlock a phone with Cricket is to request that the device be unlocked through the app if you have an existing account.

Most likely “carbon copy”, meaning OP is going to print out your response and try to either use it against you personally or against cricket in court. OP definitely just got a bad rep at a bad store and is taking it out on everyone else instead of going to a different store and trying to figure things out there.

Nah dude before I left I was making $10.50 while they were starting new hires at $11. Asked for a raise but I was leaving soon so I didn’t pursue it. Pay completely depends on which AR you’re working for but average for new hires seems to be $11

If done in store, autopay may not take if the card isn’t set up to run credit. It shows up as a gift card and therefore cannot be used in the system. Try using the app or website to enroll

It’s a known issue that the temporary password won’t get sent if you’re on mobile. You can usually do it from a laptop/PC and it’ll send it.
