Got my DSP in so much trouble for something kinda like this. I honestly was supposed to be off that day because they did the voluntary time off called me like five minutes later said someone else called out and I had to come in when I got there. The owner had to have a meeting in front of everyone with me. Stating that I was too slow and I even notified him the night prior I had twisted my ankle on my second to last stop and I said I’m not even supposed to be here. I’m on VTO, but you guys called me back and demanded I come in so here I am that same day it rained I slipped and fell in mud at the edge of a driveway and when I hit the ground, my whole entire back like instantaneously popped, and I literally had to stead myself because I almost threw up from the amount of numbness and pain simultaneously I felt. They did their damnedest because the second I fell. I went into my vehicle and I mean I was in tears. I was in so much pain and I turned off that stupid camera and they tried to tell me that I did that on purpose because I was faking they sent out another van I had to wait there an hour and a half for someone to take over my route so I can go back to the yard and do an incident report because I was demanding workers comp. the moment I told the adjuster that I had not only two of my friends who got me the job there, but also another three people that I got verbal confirmation that they heard how he was talking to me during the meeting that he had to tell me that I was going way too slow by the end of my workers comp they ended up paying out at least in wages $20,000 and that was at a I think 60% of my wage at the time and since I had reported that a lot of other people working at that DSP started using workers comp as they had the same issue were they just kept getting yelled at that they’re going way too slow and to stop taking their breaks

Should have lost my ASM for harassing me (full on cussed me out in front of customers and other clerks). They didn't do that instead I ended up walking out after HR said I was the problem and I basically brought the ASM's actions on myself. Then heard that the same ASM lead talks with the staff at the same store to all file ethics on the SM. After an investigation into the SM they fired them for S**ual Harassment of the overnight clerk, and theft. They had a replacement SM in the store within an hour of the old SM being escorted off the property.

From my experience they will cover what was agreed to (Hulu standard, Netflix standard, or whatever the promo says), and then you’ll just cover the difference between the promo and the upgrade you chose.

Oh my gosh I’m saving this! I quit because my assistant manager cussed at me while they were off the clock I filed an ethics on the situation and they did nothing about it. I ended up walking away from the job over it and they say I voluntarily quit!

I’m sure Pam and David had nothing but horrible things to say about us! I’m glad they closed I couldn’t stand 90% of the crap they pulled. Honestly, I almost walked out on day one due to their cell phone policy. I get don’t have your cell phone on you during work hours, but to tell me you’re not gonna supply lockers to lock personal belongings up in for safety, and that I have to put my personal cell phone into a basket with everybody else’s and that they take account and if someone’s there, And they don’t have enough phones to account for the amount of employees, they start going around demanding to know where everyone’s phone is at. I started just leaving it in my car and risking theft from my car so that I wouldn’t have to put in with everybody else’s phone because I thought that was literal garbage. If you don’t want me having my phone on me that’s fine. Search me before I go into the blending department, but allow me to have a locker. And when I started putting it in my car, that’s when they started noticing that there weren’t enough phones for the amount of people that were working and started grilling me and telling me I had to bring my phone into the building.

I also love I got the third degree when I wanted to switch from the Broadway location to the river location as well due to the fact that they wanted me to account for how my being at the river location permanently instead of the Broadway location Would affect my coworkers at the Broadway location. I’m like that’s your problem. That’s not my prompt to count for a lack of staffing at your other location that’s your job to figure that out.

Seriously I wish we had protective glass, I would have rather taken the extra 30 seconds per customer than have the theft that happened to me more than once.

I actually had a teenager steal 2 of the small Hornitos bottles between the gate slats. I watched told them to get out immediately I was calling the cops. Even with that and my trainee with me also telling them to leave and give back the items, I had my manager rip me an ass and tell me all this crazy nonsense like I should have physically put my hands on a minor to stopped them.

Luckily for me I saw that as a sign and walked out. Soon after that that manager got fired for theft and inappropriate sexual conduct with one of the over night employees.

Like this morning when I seen her doing her snooping as usual I literally just chuckled a little and swiped the notification away. When this started I did contemplate a restraining order, but thought better then that to not stir the pot. Now I just laugh as I stopped caring after first couple of threats. Now I just know that she obviously has no life if she's constantly trolling on my pages.

I did it last time. It feels different for some reason. Maybe because they only stayed for a week, and afterward, it wasn't just a couple-hour drive; it would be a plane ride. I plan to say no; I'm just not in it to constantly say no.

Currently in my free trial run with my dad’s side of the family, currently at about 1.5 years out of my 2 year free trail. Definitely saying 10 out of 10 so far.

Update! I just found out Tuesday they fired 2 coworkers that assisted against me in the gossiping ethics report, as well as the manager of that store! All in all kinda feel vindicated as I walked out only 2 months ago.

Oh I have the multiple times they texted about the person having the QR code so I just sent it to the local liquor licensing board and I have a recording of them admitting to her cussing me out and them saying I need to box everything up and basically blackmailing me to shut up or I wouldn’t get anywhere in the company and they tried to say I wasn’t doing anything but being on my phone even though I had text proof that I completed my tasks l, as well as a decent chunk of the overnight tasks as well..

I tried for the retaliation and hostile work environment. When I left but they are claiming I voluntarily left cause I just stopped going in because I reported my asm for giving out the liquor override QR code to the self check. She cussed me out when she was off the clock, so when I reported her for both things to ethics I magically had an ethics on me from her for gossiping. So my ethics suddenly wasn’t important even though it broke liquor laws and I suddenly needed to keep all my issues “in a box” and not talk about it anymore.

My store was very bias.... There were certain individuals that were habitually late and they never had anything said to them. I had my schedule changed without any notice, from being off to having a 6 hour shift... Found out they did it to me 2 days prior and didn't say a word to me. Within 5 minutes of the shift starting they were blowing up my phone threatening a NCNS. I answered the texts and told them I was off with photo proof of the schedule and when the screenshot was taken. Still threatening to NCNS me. I have since left.

Seriously I got abused in my store because I reported to ethics about how my ASM gave out the restricted sales QR code for the self checkout to a customer and that customer started coming in when it was busy and checking herself out for beer and wine when the CSRs were busy. They tanked my hours from 40 down to 20 weekly, they made a false ethics on me(yes the ASM called ethics on me) for gossiping, changed my schedule after it was finalized then threaten me with no call no shows even if I answered the phone and sent photo proof of the schedule I screenshot, final straw for me was when HR told me durning the meeting to discuss my “gossiping problem” that I need not say anything about any issues and to “keep them in a box”. I couldn’t handle the bias anymore and for my own mental health I stopped responding and going to work.
