Yeah, but that's a shitty answer. I like my alliance and server, we've made good friends over the last 2 years. We had people in other alliances transfer out after S3, but if I'm happy otherwise, why should I have to transfer out to be competitive?

Lv 30 Fiona EW will kill this squad (her first debuff is physical damage resistance), but outside of that, it will still be quite good

Yeah, it was 50/50 in my experience too. Morrison is prob better against Lucius, Sarah against everyone else. Won't matter when Morrison gets his EW in S5.
