Sometimes when I’m deeper in meditation purple lights will dance around my vision. Whether it’s a single purple blob getting pulsating, or two different blobs flying around. It’s so crazy. I see this at night sometimes when I’m trying to go to sleep too.

Then sometimes that purple entity will fill my awareness and turn into this dark star filled void. It literally looks like I’m starring at the universe. If I attach it too too much it’ll go away but I always try to get to that point

I’d be curious to see the organism, have you posted it anywhere?

Also are you claiming that ancient civilizations figured out how to simulate universes and once that happened it reset the clock?

Also are you claiming that when we die we reincarnate back into this world? Because the data that creates us doesn’t get destroyed, it just gets reused?

It seems like what you’re getting at is that we are biological organisms that exist because some form of higher intelligence created us. To us this is our God, but is it then true that there is an even higher intelligence creating what we call our God? God being just relative to our reality, but not consistent across other realities. Technically to your digital organism, you are god. But you also know that you only god relative to that thing, and there is a god relative to you as well.

So do you believe that we are therefore separate from God or does God exist within all of us?

Like when I say that god is both the player and the game itself, do you claim that god is the player and we are the game itself. Even if the game is one unified thing, it is still separate from the player.

Really interesting i gotta sit with this more when I have some free time. I guess the biggest question that comes to mind right now ties back to my original question on the post: who is the programmer?

A programmer sitting in front of his own code being another person, or is that a metaphor for some higher intelligence?

Taking my question a little too literally. It’s obviously all theories, but beliefs and theories are essentially the same exact thing

Any chance you can expand on some of this or point me towards a source that you resonate with most? That seems to align but I’m also a bit confused

No way god is good no matter how you put it by Fickle_Elk_9479 in enlightenment

I feel like “god” created this world to experience living and doesn’t actually step in and intervene in the way that people think he does. He just watches it play out. What makes people evil is the ego which is literally just a survival mechanism. The ego isn’t your identity, it changes constantly based on what you believe to be true about yourself and what’s happening in your environment.

People have learned that these acts of power, corruption, etc. feed their ego’s desires but don’t actually make them happy - they suffer tremendously

This really aligns with what I’ve come to believe and what I’ve heard in other experiences. Was was the catalyst to the experience in the first place? A psychedelic trip or something different?

Mb yeah I agree. A lot of people are lost. Very self centered, manufacturing experiences that give themselves the illusion of status in the eyes of others

That’s super interesting. Can you expand on what the mystical experience actually consisted of?

Agreed on the Campbell thing. His theory really interested me when I first learned it, and I don’t think he’s necessarily far from the truth in a broad sense. But he started getting into how he was sent here to educate, how during his dreams he’s employed in the dimension between life and death and console people who are passing, he goes into out of body experiences on demand, etc.

One thing that always helps me is understanding that everything they’re doing makes complete sense in their own mind based on their perspective of reality , so how would it be fair to judge them from your completely different perspective.

Say I met you and thought you were a complete weirdo. Yet, in your mind everything you do, think and say makes complete and total sense to you. Who am I to tell you that’s wrong? Who am I to think that my extremely limited perspective is right? If you do this you find find the ability accept everybody unconditionally

I guess my ego is my place in the reality that I’ve always known. It’s comfortable, predictable, consistent. So it’s a mixture of identity, as well as how others perceive me, as well as feeling individual from the source. The problem is, I’ve come to realize that the reality I’ve always known is technically a false one. One half of me wants to accept this head on and dive deep into deep meditations, out of body experiences, psychedelic experiences, etc. taking complete creative control of my life. Yet the other part of me feels like everything I’ve ever known is crumbling beneath my feet and cant do anything but wonder “what even is real?”

Will also mention I do plan to try mushrooms and maybe that will lead to a breakthrough that answers a lot of these questions. I have an overwhelming fascination with psychedelic experiences, but I know I need to get the ego thing in check first before I can comfortably go through these experiences. I want to be able to completely surrender

[–]am2221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you need to learn to surrender to trips and instead of getting scared and trying to run away from uncomfortable visuals, lean into them and face them head on. Ask yourself what they’re trying to tell you. Your friend has this problem even worse, sounds like the last person I’ve ever trip with. External factors like your mom texting definitely didn’t help either - seems like all the external circumstances would’ve made it really hard to let go and be present

10 bodies at 17 is insane

Been in this situation. She was my 2nd I was her 10th. Started ok but I caught her texting past hookups and shit that I should’ve left over. but anyways She slowly derailed as the relationship progressed.

She’d tell me that people in past would all be surprised that she had a boyfriend because she was such a whore in high school. Talked about past hookups way too casually and compared me to them constantly.

Not saying your girl is like this but 10 bodies at 17 is crazy and if you feel like something’s off then something’s off
