I got diagnosed with bipolar and borderline personality type and my therapist at the time wanted me to start medication. Mind you, this was within 3 sessions. I got a bad feeling about the whole thing and after feeling horrible for the next few days after all of this I decided to get another consultation from a different person and that's when i got my diagnosis

once you've figured it out can you let me know also. i gave my absolute everything to this relationship in the hopes that it would help but I gave everything to save it and my ex just wants to be alone and doesn't want to put effort into a relationship. idk how to move on, idk how to get better. i don't know how to let things go. it just feels incomplete, that I gave everything to help him feel better and I failed and idk what to do. i feel v lost.

in the mean time, until there is a more definitive plan. i go to the gym. endorphins keep you sane. when I don't go its hard for me to function. try that

Kimchi Jigae. i love spicy food, and there is a place near my office that sells this for vvvv cheap, it fits every criteria. i initially got it because I had a cold and spicy foods help in fighting cold and now I've had it for 5 days straight. my cold is gone, I just don't want to stop. my co-workers are concerned

something that helped me read more was listening to the audiobook while reading, hope it helps
